Hello, my name is Thomas Hart, welcome to my website!
When I worked as a consultant in a small home appliance store, my friends often asked me to help them choose an appliance.
I can’t honestly call myself a housekeeping expert, and I don’t remember the specifications of every vacuum cleaner off the top of my head, but I enjoy looking into the details of how things work and testing them out.
I launched this website as a hobby, for two reasons:
- I enjoy testing various equipment, and writing about it,
- I noticed that a lot of people have a tough time choosing household appliances.
It is not always clear why one device is superior to another. And it’s even more confusing when you have five different options to choose from!
For instance, my sister needed a leaf mulcher/vacuum recently, and asked me to help her select the right one. I picked out a few popular mulchers and went to the store I used to work in to test them out. I helped my sister make the right choice based on both quality and price, which prompted me to write a short article on choosing leaf mulchers.
